- Negotiate rates and contracts with travel vendors and service providers.
- Analyze travel data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding their travel needs and inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in travel management.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments on travel-related matters.
