The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing communications, and providing administrative support. Your M.Des background will be advantageous in contributing to the aesthetic and functional aspects of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the main reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including document management and data entry.
• Assist with event coordination and logistics for internal and external meetings.
• Maintain a database of visitor logs and employee contact information.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in office aesthetics and functionality, leveraging design principles.
• Handle basic office supplies inventory and procurement.
