Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative service workflows and customer journey maps for our cafeteria and pantry services.
- Analyze user feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement in food presentation, service speed, and overall ambiance.
- Develop aesthetic and functional guidelines for F&B outlets, including menu design, signage, and interior layout considerations.
- Collaborate with culinary teams and operations staff to brainstorm new service concepts and menu offerings.
- Assist in organizing and executing special F&B events and catering services for corporate functions.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards through thoughtful service design.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for F&B service staff, focusing on service excellence and user experience.
- Research emerging trends in the F&B and corporate services industry to propose fresh ideas.
