Bell Captain (Graduation Not Required) - Vijayawada

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bell Captain to join our team in Vijayawada. The Bell Captain will be responsible for overseeing guest services, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and staff, and managing the efficient handling of luggage and deliveries within our corporate office premises. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-4 years of experience in guest relations or a similar hospitality role, who possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests and employees upon arrival, providing directions and information.

Manage and coordinate the movement of luggage, packages, and deliveries efficiently.

Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.

Liaise with other departments (e.g., security, administrative) to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, representing the company's hospitality standards.

Assist with special events or VIP guest arrivals as required.
