Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team as a Tourism Services - Other specialist within our Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing division. This role will focus on developing and managing innovative tourism initiatives that align with our company's strategic goals in the agri-business sector, particularly in the Nasik region. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to enhance visitor experiences, promote sustainable tourism practices, and contribute to the growth of agri-tourism related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic tourism service plans tailored for the agricultural and forestry sectors, focusing on the Nasik region.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new tourism products and services related to agriculture, forestry, and fishing.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, R&D) to integrate tourism services with existing business operations.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including local communities, government bodies, and tourism operators.
Utilize M.Tech knowledge to analyze data, identify trends, and propose innovative solutions for enhancing visitor engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and promote best practices in sustainable tourism and environmental conservation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to communicate project progress and recommendations.
