Refinery Operator | M.Des Professionals | Kochi

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Refinery Operator with 2-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Kochi. In this role, you will be instrumental in the operational efficiency and quality control of our semiconductor fabrication processes, specifically focusing on the refining stages of electronic component manufacturing. Your design background will be leveraged to optimize workflows and contribute to innovative process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor specialized refining equipment in semiconductor fabrication, ensuring adherence to strict process parameters.

Perform quality checks and analysis on refined materials, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.

Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to troubleshoot process issues and contribute to the development of new refining techniques.

Utilize design principles and visualization skills to interpret complex process data and identify areas for optimization.

Maintain meticulous records of operational data, process adjustments, and quality control results.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols within the fabrication facility.
