Restaurant Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and legally astute Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our corporate dining facilities in Nasik. This role requires a unique blend of hospitality management expertise and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, leveraging your LLB background to ensure all operations adhere to legal standards and company policies. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff, inventory, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the corporate restaurant, including staff scheduling, performance management, and training.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, drawing upon your legal knowledge to interpret and implement relevant laws.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement of supplies, and cost control to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal requirements and company guidelines.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally, using conflict resolution skills honed through legal studies.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to terms.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.
- Contribute to menu planning and quality control to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Ensure all employment practices within the restaurant adhere to labor laws and company HR policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including HR and Legal, to address any operational or compliance issues.
