Retail Operations Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our physical retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient store functioning, driving sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service and visual merchandising. This role is crucial in supporting Nykaa's omnichannel strategy and expanding its retail footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance goals.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation is appealing and consistent.
• Manage store inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Monitor store expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service.
• Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Liaise with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
