Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of agricultural products and solutions to farmers and retailers in their assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the agricultural sector. A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree is preferred, indicating a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude that can be applied to understanding customer needs and product benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with farmers and retail partners to understand their agricultural needs and recommend suitable Agri-Tech India products.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to potential customers.
Maintain accurate sales records, manage customer databases, and prepare regular sales reports.
Identify new market opportunities and potential customers within the assigned region.
Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
