Role Summary: The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Delhivery retail outlet, ensuring efficient customer service, managing staff, and maintaining operational standards. This role is crucial for providing a local touchpoint for our customers and ensuring seamless service delivery.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures.
