Revenue Management Analyst

Role Summary: The Revenue Management Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and sales performance to optimize revenue generation across DLF's diverse real estate portfolio. This role requires a data-driven approach to identify opportunities, forecast demand, and recommend strategies to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven revenue management strategies for residential, commercial, and retail properties.

Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify revenue opportunities and risks.

Create financial models and forecasts to predict sales performance and revenue outcomes.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, pricing, and occupancy, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.

Identify and recommend pricing adjustments based on market dynamics, demand, and inventory levels.

Conduct post-launch analysis of pricing and sales strategies to identify areas for improvement.
