Rig Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rig Supervisor with an M.Pharma background to oversee and manage pharmaceutical research and development rigs. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operation, adherence to safety protocols, and quality control in a dynamic startup environment. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes and equipment, coupled with excellent supervisory and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of pharmaceutical research rigs, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Monitor and maintain all rig equipment, including calibration, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and all relevant safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of consumables and reagents required for rig operations.
• Collaborate with research scientists and engineers to optimize experimental setups and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of rig usage, maintenance, and experimental data.
• Train junior technicians on rig operation and safety procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new rig protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure a safe working environment.
