Sales Operations / Enablement

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations / Enablement professional to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial in supporting our sales force by streamlining processes, providing necessary tools and training, and analyzing sales data to drive efficiency and revenue growth within the Events / Live Entertainment sector. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for sales support and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced environment, with 6 to 6 years of relevant experience and a Post Graduation Not Required educational background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales processes and best practices to enhance team productivity.
- Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, sales intelligence software).
- Create and deliver training materials for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and tool usage.
- Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Support the sales team with reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales incentive programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues impacting the sales team.
