Security Supervisor

Role Summary: The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations at our facility, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and information. This role requires vigilance, strong leadership, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the work of security guards and personnel.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems.
• Manage access control systems and visitor logs.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and breaches.
• Investigate security-related incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.
• Train security staff on security procedures, emergency response, and use of equipment.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
