Seeking Art Director (0-1 Yrs) for a Textile Startup

Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Art Director with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing textile startup. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who possesses a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for visual storytelling. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our brand and its product lines, ensuring consistency and appeal across all marketing and product materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually engaging content for social media, website, and print.
- Research current design trends and competitor activities to inform creative strategies.
- Support the creation of mood boards, storyboards, and visual mockups.
- Ensure all visual outputs align with the brand's aesthetic and guidelines.
- Manage and organize digital assets and project files.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
- Learn and apply principles of branding and visual communication within the textile industry.
