Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dermatological assessments and provide consultations to employees.
- Diagnose and treat common skin conditions and work-related skin issues.
- Develop and implement hygiene and sanitation protocols relevant to skin health in shared living and working spaces.
- Educate staff on preventive dermatological care and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure employee health and safety.
- Assist in developing pilot programs for guest wellness, focusing on skin health if applicable.
