Seeking Food & Beverage Management (2-3 Yrs) for a MNC

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Management professional to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree, eager to contribute to the operational excellence of our beverage manufacturing facility in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of all food and beverage operations within the manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods, and manage procurement processes to ensure timely availability.

Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

Analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and company policies.

Support the F&B manager in daily operations, including staff supervision and training.
