Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated UX Design Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role involves overseeing and contributing to the user experience design of our hardware and networking products, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and meet user needs. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with product teams to define user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
