Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Customer Success, Service & Operations professional with a background in Design (B.Des) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our cutting-edge GaN technology solutions, from initial engagement through to ongoing support and operational excellence. You will leverage your design thinking and understanding of user experience to enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency within the electronic components sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies tailored to the electronic components industry, focusing on client onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements, leveraging your B.Des perspective.
- Design and optimize operational workflows for service delivery and support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Create compelling user guides, documentation, and training materials that simplify complex technical concepts for our customers.
- Analyze customer usage data and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure performance targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integration and successful deployment for clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and tools.
