We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Engineering & Technical professional to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience and a post-graduate degree not being a mandatory requirement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe dispatch of our paper products, contributing to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and coordinating outbound logistics and shipping activities for paper products.

Ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

Coordinate with internal departments (production, sales) and external logistics partners (transporters, freight forwarders) to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor shipment progress and address any potential delays or issues proactively.

Maintain accurate records of all shipping and inventory movements.

Support in optimizing shipping routes and costs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and safety standards.

Assist in quality checks of products before dispatch.
