Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Site Reliability Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring the high availability, performance, and reliability of our critical systems within the Law Enforcement / Security Services sector. You will work on maintaining and improving the infrastructure that supports our operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Participate in incident response and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
- Contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Document system architecture, operational procedures, and incident reports.
