Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sponsorship / Partnership Manager to join our growing team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to understand the nuances of the industry and build strong relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and stakeholders. This position is suitable for individuals with 1-6 years of experience who are looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Identify and prospect potential sponsors and partners within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and allied industries.
*   Develop compelling partnership proposals and sponsorship packages tailored to the needs of potential clients.
*   Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
*   Manage and nurture existing relationships with sponsors and partners to foster long-term collaboration and identify new opportunities.
*   Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that leverage partnerships.
*   Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business development opportunities.
*   Track and report on the performance of partnerships and sponsorship initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
*   Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand visibility and establish new connections.
*   Utilize knowledge gained from a B.Pharma education to understand product portfolios, market positioning, and regulatory considerations of potential partners.
