Staffing Management - Retail (2-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated Staffing Management professional to join our dynamic retail team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an M.Des graduate with 2-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the operational efficiency and talent acquisition within a leading Indian retail brand. You will be instrumental in ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time, supporting our store operations and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for retail and support roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet business needs, considering seasonal demands and growth projections.
• Utilize data and analytics to forecast staffing requirements and identify potential talent gaps.
• Collaborate with store managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and challenges.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and staffing databases.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Leverage design thinking principles (from M.Des background) to creatively solve staffing challenges and improve employee experience.
