Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Steward/Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our esteemed guests and employees within our corporate entertainment environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM education to bring a professional and organized approach to service delivery, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, presenting menus and taking beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Possess a strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements effectively.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation for F&B supplies.
- Apply principles of business administration and management to optimize service operations and guest relations.
