System Administrator / Engineer (1-3 Yrs) | Delhi

We are seeking a motivated and skilled System Administrator / Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our IT team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and providing technical support to end-users. This role requires a strong understanding of system administration principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and related software.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.

- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.

- Implement and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Ensure security of the IT infrastructure by implementing and enforcing security policies.

- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
