Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer with a Diploma in Textile Design and 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative textile designs that align with our brand aesthetic and product requirements. This role involves a blend of artistic talent and technical understanding of textile production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create original textile designs for various applications, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Develop design concepts through sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings.
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for designs.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest textile trends, technologies, and market demands.
- Prepare technical specifications and artwork for sampling and production.
- Manage design projects from conception to completion, adhering to deadlines.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
