Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Tour Guide / Coordinator to manage and execute site visits and tours for our esteemed clients, partners, and new hires at our Jaipur facility. This role is crucial in providing a positive and informative experience, showcasing our state-of-the-art hardware and networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM background to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and conduct informative tours of Wipro's facilities in Jaipur, highlighting our hardware and networking capabilities.
- Coordinate logistics for all tours, including visitor registration, transportation arrangements, and catering.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations about Wipro's history, business operations, and technological advancements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for visitors, addressing inquiries and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., IT, HR, Operations) to gather relevant information and ensure smooth tour execution.
- Manage tour documentation, feedback collection, and post-tour follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating small-scale events or meetings held at the facility.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
