Tour Manager (3-5 Yrs) | Lucknow

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Manager to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of project coordination and stakeholder management within the power industry. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing site visits and tours for various stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule site visits, tours, and events for clients, partners, government officials, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, engineering, safety) to ensure all aspects of the tour are prepared and executed smoothly.

Develop engaging and informative content for presentations, site briefings, and collateral, leveraging design principles from your B.Des.

Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering, ensuring the comfort and convenience of guests.

Act as a primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their visit, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Ensure all safety protocols and site regulations are communicated and adhered to by visitors.

Gather feedback post-tour and provide reports to management for continuous improvement.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company positively.
