The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a proven track record in managing corporate travel arrangements with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of handling complex travel itineraries and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our design professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to optimize corporate travel spend.
• Source and negotiate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best rates and benefits.
• Manage all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa applications.
• Provide travel support and assistance to employees, addressing any queries or issues that may arise before, during, or after their trips.
• Maintain accurate travel records and generate reports on travel expenditure and trends.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand travel requirements and preferences.
