Role Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Travel Desk Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of corporate travel for our Mangalore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant travel arrangements for our employees, aligning with company policies and travel management best practices. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, suitable for an individual with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive travel policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
• Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel service providers to negotiate favorable rates and terms.
• Oversee the booking and coordination of all employee travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.
• Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide support and assistance to employees regarding their travel arrangements, addressing any queries or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate travel records and generate reports on travel patterns, expenditure, and compliance.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and technology to enhance travel services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant travel laws and company policies.
