Unarmed Security Guard

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Unarmed Security Guard with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree to join our team in Indore. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of our pulp and paper mill premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and attention to detail, honed through their BCA education, to effectively monitor security systems and respond to any incidents. This position requires 6 to 6 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor the company premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Maintain accurate logs of all security-related activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Conduct basic security checks and inspections of vehicles and personnel entering/exiting the premises.
- Report any suspicious activities or potential security risks to the supervisor.
- Assist in crowd control during events or emergencies.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Utilize analytical skills developed during BCA studies to identify patterns and potential security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
