We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Professor to join our esteemed organization in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of relevant experience who possesses strong foundational knowledge and practical application skills, without requiring a postgraduate degree. You will contribute to our internal training and development programs, focusing on enhancing the technical and operational expertise of our workforce in the pulp and paper sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training modules on various aspects of pulp and paper manufacturing processes, including pulping, papermaking, and finishing.
Facilitate workshops and practical sessions to reinforce learning and skill development.
Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into training content.
Assist in the development of new training materials and curriculum.
Support in identifying training needs across different departments.
