Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breast Surgeon with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing medical team in Kochi. This role is ideal for professionals who have completed their basic medical qualification and possess relevant experience but may not necessarily have a postgraduate specialization. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive breast care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients within our organization's healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and review of diagnostic imaging related to breast health.

Interpret mammograms, ultrasounds, and other relevant imaging reports for accurate diagnosis.

Perform biopsies and minor surgical procedures as indicated, following established protocols.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with benign and malignant breast conditions.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient comfort and recovery.

Educate patients and their families about breast health, disease prevention, and treatment options.

Collaborate effectively with radiologists, oncologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in breast surgery techniques, diagnostic tools, and treatment modalities.
