Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a BBA/BBM degree to join our team as a DevOps - Other professional. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic technology-driven environment within the analytics and KPO sector. You will be part of a team responsible for supporting and improving our IT infrastructure and operations, with a focus on learning and applying DevOps principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools under guidance.
- Help in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues related to development and operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
- Learn and apply fundamental concepts of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker) as needed.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
