Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Health and Safety Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees at our Noida facility. This role requires a strong understanding of safety regulations, risk assessment, and proactive accident prevention strategies, with a creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
3. Design and deliver health and safety training programs for employees at all levels.
4. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement preventive measures.
5. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into all operational processes.
