UX Design Manager (Doctorate/PhD Required) - Delhi

Role Summary:
We are seeking an exceptionally qualified UX Design Manager with a strong academic background, specifically a Doctorate/PhD, to lead and mentor a team of UX designers. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, advanced research methodologies, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or lead role, coupled with a passion for driving innovation in the electronic components and semiconductors sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation for new electronic component products and services.
- Mentor and guide a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conduct advanced user research, including ethnographic studies and in-depth interviews, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and requirements.
- Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX design and the semiconductor industry.
- Evaluate and improve existing user interfaces for hardware and software products.
- Present design concepts and research findings to senior management and cross-functional teams.
