Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Zonal Sales Manager (B2C) to lead our sales operations in the Ludhiana zone. This role is crucial for driving business growth and expanding our market reach within the B2C segment of the packaging and containers industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background and sales acumen to develop and execute effective sales strategies, manage a sales team, and achieve zonal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve zonal sales targets and expand the company's B2C customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2C market, focusing on innovative packaging solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and product offerings.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure effective territory management and resource allocation to maximize sales efficiency.
- Leverage understanding of pharmaceutical packaging requirements (from B.Pharma background) to identify niche B2C opportunities.
