Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a BCA degree to oversee our accounts receivable operations in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the accounts receivable department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and credit memos.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to the general ledger.
- Conduct credit checks and establish credit limits for new customers.
- Manage and resolve customer billing and payment inquiries.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
- Supervise and mentor junior AR staff.
