Company Secretary / Compliance Officer role in Iron & Steel (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and motivated Company Secretary / Compliance Officer with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a keen understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance within the Indian Iron & Steel industry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory forms and documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory bodies.
- Support the Company Secretary in organizing and conducting Board meetings, Committee meetings, and General Meetings, including preparation of minutes.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
- Assist in secretarial audits and compliance checks.
- Handle routine correspondence with regulatory authorities, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- Support in the preparation of annual reports and other corporate disclosures.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations affecting the company.
