Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our finance team at Apollo Hospitals, Vishakhapatnam. This role will support the FP&A function by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to drive informed business decisions within the hospital sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and providing explanations.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management review.
- Support the FP&A team in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
