Payroll Manager (MCA Required) - Surat (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our finance team in Surat. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience and a strong educational background in Computer Applications (MCA). The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. You will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations, from data entry to final disbursement, and will be the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date.

Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll calculations.

Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, tax regulations (TDS, PF, ESI), and other statutory requirements.

Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant government agencies.

Handle employee payroll queries and provide clear, accurate information.

Assist in the reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain confidential employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with HR and Finance departments on payroll-related matters.

Support in the implementation and improvement of payroll systems and processes.
