Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Compensation & Benefits Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our HR team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree and a strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration within the public sector. This role is crucial in ensuring competitive and compliant employee reward programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health and welfare benefits.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with industry standards and government regulations.
Support the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data for management review.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
