Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

• Manage employee records and maintain HR databases accurately.

• Support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

• Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all Indian labor laws and regulations.

• Organize and facilitate HR training programs.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
