Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Nasik. This role is crucial for sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large volume of skilled and semi-skilled personnel for our production facilities. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of recruitment expertise and an understanding of the specific needs within the animation and VFX industry, coupled with a B.Pharma background which brings analytical and process-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for blue-collar roles, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Organize and conduct recruitment drives and career fairs to attract talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Utilize analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage problem-solving abilities to address recruitment challenges and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
