Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in D&I initiatives, HR, or a related field. You will support the development and implementation of programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of D&I strategies and action plans.
- Support the organization of D&I awareness campaigns, workshops, and events.
- Conduct research and analysis on D&I best practices and trends relevant to the travel industry.
- Help gather and analyze data related to diversity metrics and employee sentiment.
- Contribute to the development of inclusive policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote an inclusive work environment.
- Provide support for employee resource groups (ERGs) and affinity networks.
- Assist in communicating D&I initiatives to employees and leadership.
