Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Animation Director with 0-1 years of experience and an M.A. degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the conceptualization and execution of animation projects, ensuring they align with project objectives and brand guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of animation principles and a passion for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define animation project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and animatics for various projects.
Guide and direct a team of animators, providing clear feedback and ensuring quality standards.
Ensure animation production stays within budget and schedule.
Stay updated with the latest animation trends, technologies, and software.
Review and approve animation assets, ensuring consistency and adherence to style guides.
