We are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Producer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Healthcare & Life Sciences team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a passion for driving impactful projects within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. This role is crucial in overseeing the end-to-end execution of key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the production lifecycle of various healthcare-related projects, from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, clinical operations, and IT to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Communicate project status, updates, and potential challenges to stakeholders regularly.
• Leverage your BCA background to understand and integrate technological aspects into project planning and execution.
• Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of new methodologies within the production team.
