Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Location Manager to oversee our operations in Mangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our branch and supporting our investment banking activities in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations and a proven ability to manage a team and resources effectively. This position requires a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
Manage and mentor a team of branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch efficiency and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments, including investment banking and wealth management, to support regional business growth.
Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure the security and integrity of branch assets and client information.
