Seeking Sound Mixer (1-3 Yrs) for a Startup

Role Summary:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sound Mixer with 1-3 years of experience, holding a BCA degree, to join our growing startup team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, recording, and mixing audio for various internal and external communication projects, including marketing videos, training modules, and podcasts. This role requires a keen ear for detail, technical proficiency in audio equipment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record high-quality audio for video productions, interviews, and other media projects.
- Set up, operate, and maintain audio recording equipment, including microphones, mixers, and recorders.
- Monitor audio levels and quality during recording sessions to ensure clarity and prevent distortion.
- Mix and edit recorded audio, applying effects and equalization as needed to achieve professional sound quality.
- Collaborate with the video production and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective audio solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any audio-related technical issues that may arise.
- Maintain an organized library of audio assets and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in audio recording and mixing.
