Seeking Catalog Manager (2-3 Yrs) for Veena Industries

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Catalog Manager with 2-3 years of experience, holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our growing team at Veena Industries in Nagpur. The Catalog Manager will be instrumental in organizing, managing, and optimizing our product catalog to ensure accuracy, consistency, and comprehensive product information across all platforms. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, understanding of product data management, and a keen eye for detail, leveraging your M.Pharma background to ensure accurate representation of food product compositions and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive and accurate product catalog, ensuring all product information, specifications, and regulatory details are up-to-date.

Collaborate with R&D, Quality Control, and Marketing teams to gather and verify product data, including ingredients, nutritional information, expiry dates, and compliance documentation.

Implement catalog management best practices and workflows to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

Manage product categorization, tagging, and attribute definition to enhance searchability and user experience.

Oversee the process of adding new products and updating existing ones in the catalog system.

Conduct regular audits of the catalog for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Utilize your M.Pharma knowledge to critically review product claims, ingredient interactions, and potential health benefits or contraindications for accurate cataloging.

Generate reports on catalog performance and data quality metrics.
